DevForce EF
DevForce EF is our latest product supporting Microsoft’s LINQ and the Entity Framework.
It makes the Entity Framework easier to use and adds many enterprise capabilities
including n-tier data access, client-side caching, and offline operation. DevForce
EF carries forward most of the features and all of our experience from DevForce "Classic"
dating back to 2001.
DevForce Enterprise
DevForce Enterprise is a comprehensive platform that enables enterprise .NET development
and deployment for n-tier environments. The DevForce Enterprise framework provides
sophisticated object persistence, client-side caching, advanced data binding, business
rule validation, support for offline/disconnected operations, and support for publishing
and consuming Web Services, among its many features. DevForce Enterprise also includes
the Business Object Server (BOS), an application server that provides scalability,
security, and enables n-tier deployment of .NET applications across the internet.
DevForce Professional
DevForce Professional is a powerful framework for developers of departmental or
client-server applications. Developers can work with DevForce Professional to build
smart-client, two-tier applications that do not require the Business Object Server.
DevForce Express
DevForce Express is a free development framework for .NET that is fully integrated
with Microsoft Visual Studio for developing data-intensive .NET applications. DevForce
Express enables .NET developers to evaluate the basic features of DevForce with
no time limitations.
